Filofax: Colourful Washi Edges

Happy May Bank Holiday!

Today I’ve mostly been relaxing and enjoying the Snooker (my favourite, Ali Carter didn’t stand a chance against Mark Selby in the 2nd round, bless him).

While I watched, I planned my week ahead, popped some more of my to do stamps in. Does anyone else use these L2E stamps? I’m not really much of a stamp user: I find them really really messy! Or maybe it’s just me…

20140505-155011.jpg

Once I’d done a week or so, I got bored (oops). So I turned my hand to Washi tape. I’ve created a love affair with the very bohemian print Washi tape I found in a shop called tiger. I’ve corresponded the edges of my week per 2 pages to the month. I’ve seen many use their A-Z dividers as monthly tabs to flick quickly to their months, but me, being a tad lazy, and loving colour so much, thought it might be fun to try this first before going the whole month tabs way.

Have you revved your planning pages up lately?

Filofax Swaps…!

Hello!

Happy Friday!

So I did it… The best thing about Washi tape is that it is removable. My Parisian theme from just last week is now gone and my boho roots are back. Honestly, will I ever settle on a style?!

How do you settle on a style and remain true to it?! How? How? How?!

Paris Inspired May Month To View

Hi All!

How’s it going?

This morning I was up and ready very early, which meant I had time to organise all of my May Bill Transfers and other boring banking stuff.

After I did that, I decided to input all of my outgoings to my Filofax Month To View pages. Many of you will know that I find it useful to input everything into a month to view and then transfer over to my week to view so I have an overall picture as well as a close day to day knowledge. Especially where bills are concerned as it allows me to track what’s going out etc… I’m really terrible when it comes to finances so it keeps me on the straight and narrow.

Once I’d done that, I STILL had plenty of time so I got out the old Washi Tae and decorated my month to view, like so:

20140501-124551.jpg

Many of you know, and Ill keep stressing: I find it so important to make something “attractive” to me… A friend of mine was asking me how I stay so organised, and I answered:

“because I’ve spend time and energy and money into something I love to take out and write in. Everything in my Filofax is there to help me and keep me out of trouble, everything in my Filofax is ‘friendly’. What I mean by that, is that my Filofax is not there to tell me what to do, it’s more of a gentle reminder of upcoming events so I can always stay in control. This little bit of control gives me peace of mind in my chaotic little world. But I need to have invested (time, energy, money) in it to get the best out of it.”

What makes you want to use your Filofax more?

Filofax Changes in the Kel Kamp

Hi Everyone!

It is now officially Autumn in my eyes. I’m wearing fleecy PJ’s, wrapping myself in blankets and curling up under duvets when I get home from work at night. I’m waking for work before the Sun even thinks about making an appearance and I’m getting home just when it’s beginning to get dark. The world is a whole lot of grey right now.

There are a few things that are happening in my life that are transitional right now for me – as my colleague has notified me at work – I am in limbo.

Firstly, I have a new job which I am due to begin on 11th November. I’m currently serving my notice at my current workplace – so I’m in limbo there. I’m nervous about beginning something new (but also excited), and I’m really sad to leave my current colleagues as they just ‘get me’… they have a lot of knowledge, advice and experience (in life and work). I know I’ll miss their opinions and very well structured advice.

The other thing is the person I’ve been seeing the last few months is moving to Australia for a year. It makes me very sad that he is leaving and as we have not known eachother long it seems that we will be going our own separate ways when he leaves on 4th November. Again, this makes my heart heavy with sadness. But we are enjoying things while we can, we will remain in touch while he travels and see where we are and how we feel when he comes back. Again – another limbo situation – he’s not gone yet, but I know he’s going, I know we will be separated etc…

A more trivial matter is that I’ll soon me changing my car from my black, boxy Hyundai i10. What to, I’m not sure. Idea’s please! Because I can’t make up my mind and make a decision (c’mon, you’ve seen how I am with Filofaxes, inserts, dividers etc…! The CHOICES…!!!), it makes me miserable therefore I feel in limbo until I have reached a decision or settled on a ‘goal’. Ultimately I’d love an old style silver Audi TT. Reality is I need something pretty newish, cheap to tax, insure and run… and something no larger than a medium hatchback. But I want something iconic, something with a bit of glamour to it. Maybe even a convertible. Ah, I don’t know.

Another thing in limbo is my own transition. This one is the hardest to explain. Lately I don’t feel very ‘me’. You could say it’s the other factors in my life that are affecting me. You could say it’s the weather, my age, call it what you want. I don’t quite know where I am at, or what I want, or why I’m feeling this way, or how to stop feeling this way. Something just feels ‘off’, or ‘missing’. So I’m currently in limbo waiting for that lightbulb moment where I get that clarity spark and everything begins moving again.

Until then, I had my lowest moment yesterday daytime so during my lunch hour I faltered and gave in to a deal on a Pink Personal Finsbury. After I panicked, had a bit of buyers remorse and felt guilt like no other, I realised that my Halloween set of dividers won’t be co-ordinating with the fun pink Finsbury, so last night I darted over to my local craft shop to buy a new set of scrapbook papers.

Naturally when I was faced with a lot of crafty bits and bobs I got carried away and purchased a few bits and bobs ready for my new addition. It’s all girly and vintage looking 😉 if you’re in the UK, you can purchase all of these from The Range.

The colours and patterns I chose were similar to the pastel throughout Legally Blonde 2 – pretty much how I would imagine Elle Wood’s pink Classic Filofax to look inside. Although, I am yet to find an “I brake for Sample Sales!” bookmark 😉

20131016-144308.jpg

I’ve just been notified by Amazon that my Finsbury has arrived at my home (well, signed by my neighbour as I’m still here at work).  Staring at the clock and willing 5.30 to arrive.  Come on 90 minutes, do your magic!  So exciting!  I will have to do an unboxing post later on tonight now…!

Squeal!

Filofax Setup

After chatting with my Best Friend Carrie tonight who was interested in how I set my planner up (the way it works for ME), I figured as I’m incredibly happy with my system I would put more information on the way I go about setting up my Month and Weekly view diary pages.

For my setup I always begin with my Month To View pages.  Then I transfer across to my Week To View, but I’ll get to that shortly!

As you may know already from a previous post briefly mentioning what is in my Filofax, I use the Philofaxy/My Life All In One Place Month To View printouts which I decorate with Washi Tape and then draw around the entire month’s boxes in a coloured pen.

Here is an example of how my page looks like before my scrawls and colour coding system takes hold of it!

20130926-224740.jpg

When I’ve completed my decoration, I then use my coloured Pilot Frixion Erasable Pens to mark out my colour coding system in the Notes Section on the far right hand side of the page as you can see below.

I also then fill in what I already know is happening that month, like:

Direct Debits that will leave my account that month (light green)

Holiday days I take from work or work from home or National Holiday days (light blue)

Appointments for either work or personal, e.g. customer visits, nails, hair, doctors, dentist etc (orange)

“Don’t Forget!” items such as MOT or Insurance being up, deadlines for reports or just something I need to do for a specific day that requires me to sort something out “by that date”.  I also use it for “Recognised Days”, e.g. Father’s Day, St Georges Day, Pancake Day, Halloween, Remembrance Day – but these days are not recognised as a National Holiday (pink)

Social Events or parties, nights out, date nights, meals etc, anything where I am interacting with my circle of friends or family or person of interest 😉  (purple)

Birthdays – self explanatory (dark green)

They are all plotted out on my month to view using my colour coding system as you can see below.

20130926-224809.jpg

At this point I would begin transferring my data over into my Week To View, but more on this shortly.

Below is an example of this month for me at a glance.  You can see that it’s been padded out with social events and appointments.  Usually, I try to put my events in the order that they will be done.  This means during the week my social events (purple) are generally at the bottom of the box because of work I can only really socialise on the evenings.  It allows for room in case anything crops up that I need to add in (a work appointment for example).  With the week to view, I do not put much detail – like times and addresses or in depth arrangements.  It’s just what’s happening, which date.

20130926-224838.jpg

Now then.  Once I’ve got all of my month set up to the point where I’ve inputted all of my bills, birthdays, national holidays/work holidays, social events that have been planned in advance etc… I transfer them over into my Week To View diary pages.

My week is the Standard Filofax Week To View.  Honestly, I tried using others, noteably a day per page with appointment times, but once I stopped Repping every day I found it took up too much space in my Filofax and therefore decided to try other methods.  This method works for me best.

I’ve split my pages into 2 parts, added lines and checkboxes to one part, and the part closest to the rings are left blank.

Once I’ve had fun decorating with washi tape, my colour pens doodling around the dates and highlighting the month and the days, I use the “inner section” – the part closest to the rings – to import my Month To View calendar events (sometimes using the Event Stickers I make), and also in this area, expanding on the information, such as times.  The colour coding system is still in force in this area.

I only use this area for whatever you see on the Month To View (except if there are films on TV I want to watch).

For example, you can see in light green on Monday I had a Direct Debit scheduled for my Mobile Phone Bill.  I also had dinner with my parents and then a skype chat planned (including a time) – both in purple.

You can see on Tuesday evening I had a date night with Luke at mine planned at 7pm – in purple as it was classed as a “social event”.

All of those examples are on my Month To View.

20130926-224912.jpg

The last section, or the “outer section” – the section with the checkboxes, are not colour coded, and they are merely daily to-do-lists for me to fill out the night before or even during the day etc.  They also aid in my working life when I need to chase an order up a week in a week or so’s time.

The Daily To-Do-List is a real close up view of things I need to accomplish that day, whether it is to change my bedding, to ensure I pop time in to pamper myself with a face mask, to remind me to water my orchids, to make sure I post something out or collect something…

One last thing…

I also use my first section of the week – the part that says “this week” usually above the Monday on the Standard UK Filofax Week To View – to record things that are going to happen over the course of the week; eg, if I’m off work on Holiday all week, it’s on there.  If my parents are abroad that week, it’s on there.  Anything that is happening that week – all week – is in that section.

I hope that’s given you an insight as to how I plan my pages out a little more, I know it sounds like a lot and a lot of time and effort go into it, but I think the most time is the initial set up – figuring out how I wanted things to look or work for me.  After that, it’s all about the maintenance and keeping things up to date as much as possible.  I spend a couple of minutes updating my Filofax every day to ensure I don’t miss anything out.

I’m not saying this is the perfect setup – if I’d have had this setup myself a mere 6 months ago it would not have worked for me in my Repping Role.  What works for one person will not work for someone else.  It all depends on how much time you want (or are able!) to take out to organise your life effectively.

I’m a very orderly person, but also very visual, so things at a glance as well as up close are important to me.  I need to see the whole picture, divided up as much as possible.  I need colour, something that attracts me to want to look at my planner often enough to want/feel inspired to complete the tasks I set myself – or even, to set myself the tasks in the first place!

How does your setup work for you?  Have you tampered with different setups and are currently in the dreaded “planner fail” area right now?

Filofax Birthday Present!

The inspiration for my Halloween Filofax dividers actually came from my Best Friend, Carrie.  Or rather, my birthday present to her.

Carrie is a rock girl to heart.  She loves a bit of metal, so for my birthday present to her, I wanted it to be extremely personal and a full representation of how I see her through my eyes.  The “gorjuss” range embodies her perfectly.

Carrie began using a Filofax about a year ago, beginning with my Lavender Pocket Metropol, upgrading to a Black Personal Identity and now she is in a beautiful Holborn which I lust after!  She has always complained at her lack of creativity and how she feels her planner is very “plain”.

After meeting up with her in the week last week, she wanted to see how I plan my pages out, and I was only too glad to oblige – whipping out my monthly pages and explaining my colour coding system and how it transfers to the “inner section” of my weekly diary pages.  She seemed intrigued about the colour coding, so I rushed out to get her some erasable pens pronto for part of her birthday pack that I had been slowly building up for her.

In her birthday pack, I got her:

Washi Tapes

Uniball Phantom Pens x 5 (colourful)

Smash Today Markers

Flyleaf with Event Stickers

Notepaper with Washi Tape

Philofaxy/My Life All In One Place Month To View Pages (ready to decorate!)

Gorjuss Notelets

Gorjuss Front Page

Gorjuss Today Marker

20130926-221048.jpg

20130926-221127.jpg

20130926-221159.jpg

I think that was it…  I think!

Anyway, I saw her this evening to provide her present to her (and to do a shopping spree!).  I watched anxiously as she opened her little bundle, but she seemed delighted, especially with the gorjuss items (phew!).  In fact, she was so happy, that she wanted a go at doing her own dividers herself!  We ended up shooting up to The Range and purchasing another bumper pack for her to take home and have a go at making her own dividers etc.

I had never felt so happy than seeing her creative spirit coming to life around the Arts & Crafts section.  My own little limited creative mind had been squashed for years, and decorating my planner is my outlet.  I cannot describe what a thrill comes over me when I open my planner.  Smug Satisfaction, call it what you want – but I feel proud of what I have achieved – something that is personal to ME – there will be no other like it.  The fact I’ve slaved for 8 hours non-stop over dividers and today markers makes me appreciate my own planner all the more.  I think if you haven’t done it yourself you can’t truly begin to imagine the process of creating something from scratch, with little idea of how it will turn out etc.  You can’t fully appreciate what someone else has gone through to get that finished product.

So my advice to you today is this:  Have a go.  Just try.  You might be surprised!

Make Your Own Filofax Calendar Stickers!

Hi Everyone!

I’m flooding you today – not just content talking about the inside of my Osterley, I’ve found something I’ve been looking for – for ages!

I’ve been after some pretty stickers that have event labels on them and no matter where I looked, they were all either childish, or didn’t relate to anything I needed… blah blah blah.

So I was searching online and came across this amazing creative blog with this fantastic calendar stickers creator! – http://www.kaylaaimee.com/2012/11/a-diy-holiday-gift-calendar-sticker-magnets-free-template/ – I wanted – I wanted – I wanted!

I don’t have any labels so I did the next best thing:

Image

Printable acetate, washi tape and masking tape!

First of all, I printed the template onto my acetate:

Image

Image

Then I placed the washi tape and masking tape over the stickers I wanted printed…

Image

Then simply re-printed!

And here they are in action – aren’t they gorgeous?

Til next time

Happy Planning!

Inside My Filofax Personal Osterley (Ozzie)

Hi Everyone!

As promised I finally took a few photo’s of what is inside my Orange Osterley.  Now, I’m not saying my setup is the best in the world, and I’m continuously tweaking it etc, but at the moment it’s sort of working for me…

Originally I did a video but I ballsed up again and again so decided I’m so much better when I don’t have a video/webcam going and I’m all flustered!

So lets get started!  When I open my Filofax, here is the first thing I see:

Image

In the pockets I have a few cards I hardly ever use but are there “just in case”, my free carwash vouchers (yep, I can get my car washed every month for free until May next year!), I have the little sticky note that Stefanie sent with Ozzie to remind me where he came from and how happy I was when I received him (and all of the gifts that arrived with him!).  Behind that are cards that I randomly pick up with social events on that I might go to.

The cover of the first section is taken from the “First Edition Paper – Desert Blooms” 8×8 Premium Pad” (http://www.craftydevilspapercraft.co.uk/first-edition-8-x-8-paper-pad-desert-bloom.ir?cName=card-making-paper-and-card-paper-packs) that I cut a slot for the Organiser Number and laminated.  I like this design as it has a beautiful but laid back glitter effect.

Image

And there is the usual Filofax Organiser page.  So bland and boring 😦

Behind the boring and necessary registration page I have made my own Personal Information Section as I thought the original Filofax one was bland and boring – of course, I’ve had to cover personal details, but here you get the idea:

Image

The next page shows all of my direct debits/bills each month – including my account/policy numbers, renewal dates, date my DD goes out each month and amount of the monthly bill:

ImageIMG_1330

The next Tab (above) is my “Month Planner” Top Tab which card is also taken from the Desert Blooms Range.

At a glance I can see what my Month looks like (which looks pretty bland this month!)

IMG_1331

This was printed and taken from Ray and Steve’s collection, but I printed it from Ray’s Page direct:  (My Life All In One Place), here is the link direct to the pages I used: https://app.box.com/s/ng8zsjp3ypvn9puqnm0c (Ray, if this is something I’m my supposed to do, my apologies, please let me know straight away and I’ll take it down – I’m afraid I’m not familiar with “The Rules” of sharing other’s information! – PS, I LOVE Your Pages!)

This is what a “non decorated page” looks like:

IMG_1332

My next section is my Diary tab, which is a side tab and taken from the Desert Blooms Cardstock once again:

IMG_1333

Now, when I started out using a Filofax (1 year ago this month!) I had my Pocket Lavender Metropol and the standard week on 2 pages.  With my Sales Rep job I needed something with appointment times so moved on to 1 day per page WHSmith’s Refill’s with Appointment Times… and now that I’ve moved more into the office, I decided to play around with another layout:

IMG_1334

This one was taken from the Philofaxy Site – and the direct link to this insert is here – http://philofaxy.com/inserts/Personal_Week_Per_Page/2014_merged_weekperpage_plusnotes_personal_print.pdf

I downloaded the source files and tinkered with the layout as I am on a Mac and don’t have Office – I use a package called OpenOffice instead, so things never seem to look the same in OpenOffice and require re-jigging before printing.  I changed the font and a couple of bits and bobs, added some lines in…  but it was too plain and I couldn’t seem to jazz it up no matter how much I loved the layout.  I just couldn’t seem to stick with it – and so after 4 weeks of pondering how to spruce up my diary pages… I looked at my trusty original week on 2 pages that came with my planner… and here…

IMG_1335

You can see how within one week I’ve begun to actually have a “system” – from writing aimlessly everywhere to dividing up the page into task/to do area and note/appointment area.  I was inspired to do this after watching this video:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=503eUcse67s by LovelyOrganisedLife.

After that, I found this amazing Washi-Tape –  http://www.maigocute.com/products/cat-to-do-list-funtape-washi-tape#.UhdIcxZ_Lvw – isn’t it ADORABLE?  But the height is too tall for my daily spaces :(.

What I like about this new set up is that I can have my page marker on the page and it will still show my tasks:

IMG_1337

The bookmarks are also made by myself and laminated – they are also taken from the Desert Blooms Cardstock!

Anyway… moving on…

My next section is my Contacts section with a side tab.  Card taken from the Desert Blooms once again:

IMG_1338

As my work contacts are in my Breast Cancer Campaign Filofax (with business cards also), this section is purely for personal family/friends/services (Dr, Dentist, Hairdressers, Beautician etc!).

IMG_1339

This section was taken from the Philofaxy website and I modified the font.  I did try removing the web blog and twitter rows but my Open Office went a bit crazy… so I’ve had to leave them in 😉 – http://www.philofaxy.com/files/PersonalAddress.pdf

Next section is my Travel Section.  As I used to be a Sales Rep on the road a lot, I needed to know the area’s I was travelling to and what area’s were en-route just in case I was passing one of my customers on the way there or back to pop in quickly.  It also helped navigate me from Kent back towards Birmingham when my in car phone charger broke and my battery drained from using the iphone sat nav app!  I’m thinking of removing this tab and replacing it with something else… but for now:

IMG_1340

It’s another side tab and taken from the Desert Blooms Range (yet again… see a pattern forming here?  I have loads of other pads but I keep going back to this one…!)

IMG_1341IMG_1342

I have no idea why I have the London Tube Map in here, but it reminds me of the only time I ever went to London (back in 2009 for a work course – I saw nothing of London at all!).  But you never know when you might need it!

My next section is my Expenses side tab, on cardstock taken from the First Edition Paper – Boho Chic 8 x 8 Premium Paper Pad:

IMG_1343

It’s another of those sections I set up purely for my Sales Rep Role and now I’m mostly office based, it’s not really required or used anymore.

IMG_1344

It’s an Australian 5 dollar note that I’ve printed out and folded up, laminated and slit the area so that I can pop receipts in.

My next area is another side tab called Reports, the card is taken from the Boho Chic range and it’s yet another redundant area that was mainly used when I was in my Sales Rep role to report on my visits to customers.

IMG_1345

Instead of my previous inserts, I have printed out another of the Philofaxy inserts – http://www.philofaxy.com/files/PersonalMeeting.pdf

IMG_1346

Again I changed the font to my own preference…

My next section is a tab that I use so often it’s scary!  It’s a side tab called Passwords, and it’s on Desert Blooms card:

IMG_1347

My Passwords inserts were actually just Philofaxy Address inserts but rows removed and renamed:

IMG_1348

I never write my actual password, just a clue as to what it is.

My final tab is a side tab by the name of Missy – really it’s just a goals section but I have a thing about naming things and I’m very visual.  So Missy is basically the better version of myself with all of my goals completed!

IMG_1349

In this section I have a few pages that make me – ME, my likes and my weight – just little reminders if I ever forget 😉

IMG_1350

I’m attempting to lose weight so this is perfect for when I need to keep a careful eye on my scales.

IMG_1351

My dream car… (oh and my little blue Fox Bookmark I made – to make yours, go here – http://www.lonnies.dk/2012/08/printables-foxy-bookmarks/IMG_1352

Things I want to change about my set up…

IMG_1353 IMG_1354

Music that makes me – ME 🙂 – notice the little musical washi tape?  So cute!

IMG_1355IMG_1356

The world washi tape showing where I want to go abroad and where I’ve been (not many places unfortunately!)

IMG_1357 IMG_1358

My favourite films that I enjoyed watching (for whatever reasons – nostalgia, style, storyline, etc)

IMG_1359 IMG_1360

At the back of the binder I have a notebook (which was a RAK to me) covered with fabric washi tape (which is again, another RAK!) where I can jot idea’s or quotes or anything I might want to reference later on – behind it I have a postcard with surf boards on it, and when you flip to the back of the notebook to expose the bider, you see I have a couple of business cards and some much needed ibuprofen (400mg)!

I don’t use the back pen loop as it tends to bend my tabs (despite them being the same size as Filofax ones!)  so I’ve taped the pen loop down and only use the front one (which if fine by me as I’m left handed!) as it tends not to mess with my tabs at all.

Well, that’s the tour of my Filofax!  Hope you enjoyed it – any suggestions are extremely welcome 🙂

Catch you later

Ozzie is here! Filofax Personal Orange Osterley has arrived – and he’s not alone!

Hello everyone!

After a week of excitement and crazy parcel tracking, I popped online at work today to see a message on the Parcelforce website Track & Trace service saying “Delivered & Signed For” – by myself!

I sat at work for a couple of minutes wondering if I was actually dreaming or whether I was in fact really at home and had signed for a Parcelforce package.  Nope – I was definitely at work.  So I wondered who the deuce had signed for the package on my behalf…!

I’ve been able to leave work to work from home this afternoon so I shot home to find a message from the Parcelforce team saying they had signed on my behalf and had hidden the package in an area they had access to.  PERFECT!

Here is is right now, sitting on my living room floor – I’ll go through this with you because I am super super excited!

Again, I’ll mention to you that Stefanie was absolutely fantastic to deal with – she has stayed within the Osterley Range and now has an A5 – so Ozzie has a big brother 😉

I wondered how something so small could require such a large parcel!

ImageI could see there was something in it – so I pulled out a plastic wallet to reveal:

Image 2

My very first RAK!  All I keep saying is:  “Oh my gosh!  Oh my gosh – how did Stefanie know I wanted those Frixion colour pens and bohemian washi tape?!”  I am feeling so amazed and happy and warm and fuzzy right now, I can’t stop smiling!  It’s my lucky day 🙂 (once I’d calmed down I realised I’d posted my RAK wishlist on my blog and I know Stefanie had read my blog, so maybe she wasn’t psychic like I’d thought originally in my blonde excited haze haha!)

I received a little note alongside from Stefanie herself saying she hoped Ozzie reached me well and thanking me for being so nice – oh, bless her – she is so sweet!  Thank you Stefanie!

So now, turning back to the box…

Image

Peeking out of the packed paper, here he is, all boxed up…

Image

And another little note as soon as I open the box to reveal the usual Filofax protective thin paper:

Image

What a lovely note 🙂  I may need to laminate that and keep it with him 🙂

Image

Here he is!  I’m in love already 🙂

Image

Ozzie arrived filled with cotton cream inserts, and as you can see above – he doesn’t lay flat straight away (yet!)

Image

He is made of perfect Tangerine Orange Italian Leather as noted above.

Image

And here is what he looks like without inserts:

Front cover – 1 pen loop (part elasticated), 4 beautifully shaped card slots, one full length pocket.

Back cover – 1 pen loop (part elasticated), 2 beautifully shaped card slots and one full length pocket.

The rings are perfect and the snap closure is easier to flip your nail under to open than I thought – the whole binder is honestly not as stiff as I thought it would be!

Image

Here are the inserts:

Clear Flyleaf, WO2P Cotton Cream 2013 Diary, Cotton Cream Tabs, Cotton Cream Addresses, Cotton Cream Address Tabs, Cotton Cream To Do Pages, Cotton Cream Ruled & Unlined (plain! again, just what I was really wanting!) and a brown corresponding Today bookmark.

So now that’s all open and gushed over (I want to do it all over again now!) I turned over to see my Cat Meeko’s reaction to it all… and found her making a new friend 😉

Image

I think she may be occupied for some time now so I’ll leave her to it!

Thank you once again Stefanie – you really need to do a blog for your A5 Osterley so I can see it in action 🙂  (Pretty please!)

I will be doing a post next on the Malden next to the Osterley (why does it feel like I’m cheating haha?) and then about “the move” into Ozzie, show off the inserts I have doctored from the Philofaxy Website etc… etc… too many photo’s on this post for all that 😉

Catch you very very soon!

August RAK wishlist

Hi All!

Today I posted my RAK wishlist on the FiloRAK’s Facebook page… which obviously, I’m not expecting anything to come back from it but hey ho, wishful thinking!

Here is my wishlist if anyone is interested 😉

1. Pilot Frixion Pens in Orange, Green or Brown (any erasable pen make actually!)

2. Chores/Events Stickers

3. Cardstock, Stickers or Washi Tape (bohemian print inspired)

4. Cotton Cream Filofax Personal Blank Notepaper (or orange lined)

5. Books about Time Management or Planner Organisation

6. Cat Paperclips!

7. Stronger Personal Hole Punch

8. Personal Orange Osterley or Personal Ivory Deco

Naturally most of these are wishful thinking but hey ho…  you don’t ask, you don’t get!

I myself am working on my first ever RAK at the moment for Rosie, which I’m really excited to see what she thinks about it when I finally manage to finish it for her.  I never saw her original RAK list so I’m just going to send out a couple of random pieces that I’ve had lying around that I know are her “colours”.

I’ll be sure to post a photo on here soon however I don’t want to do it until she has had a chance to receive it 😉

So people, spread the love, share your wonderful creativity with the world and all will be well.

Until next time 😉
